Fatima Kasimu Idris, MBA — Business Development & Partnerships Lead

Fatima Kasimu Idris, MBA, serves as the Business Development and Partnerships Lead at Rhedd Consulting, where she drives strategic collaborations, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the firm’s reach and impact across sectors. She brings over seven years of experience working at the intersection of public institutions, private enterprises, and social development organizations in Nigeria.

Fatima holds an MBA from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the American University in Dubai. Her professional journey includes international exposure at Nationwide Building Society (UK), where she gained hands-on experience in customer engagement systems, corporate service delivery, and organisational communications, further shaping her ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and build scalable partnership frameworks.

She has served in influential roles, including as Public Relations Manager at the Industrial Training Fund, where she improved national visibility by 35% and deepened stakeholder engagement by 40% through targeted campaigns and strengthened institutional partnerships. Amen Ayo-Emmanuel, MBA, ACCA —Finance & Operations Lead

Amen Ayo-Emmanuel, MBA, ACCA, is the Finance & Operations Lead at Rhedd Consulting, where she oversees financial strategy, operational governance, and internal systems that ensure the firm operates with integrity, stability, and scalable efficiency. With a dual foundation in advanced finance and strategic management, she brings analytical rigor, disciplined execution, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Amen’s professional experience spans some of the most highly regulated financial environments in the United Kingdom. She currently serves as an Internal Auditor at JPMorgan, where she evaluates risk exposure, strengthens internal controls, and safeguards organisational value across complex financial operations. Prior to this, she worked as a Fraud Management Specialist at Barclays, helping protect customer and institutional assets through data-driven risk detection and mitigation systems.

Her early career included serving as an Audit Associate at PKF Consulting, where she conducted detailed financial reviews and regulatory compliance assessments across diverse industries. Alongside her technical expertise, Amen brings a people-centered approach shaped by customer engagement experience at Marks & Spencer, enabling her to communicate financial insights with clarity and empathy, ensuring that strategic decisions are not only sound, but adoptable across teams.

Her MBA strengthened her ability to align financial and operational strategies with broader organizational objectives, while her ACCA qualification formalized her mastery of professional accounting standards, audit discipline, and financial governance practices. She manages budgeting, cost control, performance monitoring, vendor oversight, and enterprise administrative systems that reinforce organisational resilience and support strategic growth.

Ben is an FCPA Compliance and experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive skills within the oil and gas public and private sectors with the ability to manage wall-to-wall projects accounting functions including, team building, robust modelling for board presentation, IFRS skills, accounts payable, taxes, auditing, accounts receivable, credit Control, Cost & Internal controls, Contracts and Budget Management, Change Management and Forecasting & Controlling Cost, SOX Vouching, year end accounting and reporting, Agriculture Business accounting. Proficient at liaising with clients, managing their complex accounting needs and offering guidance and support where required.

In addition, he is also a PM4DEV certified Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation expert.

Obi is an experienced Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance professional with experience spanning over risk and compliance, Company Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance & Ethics, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Research and Company/Board Secretarial matters in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Saleh is a seasoned External Relations Chief with experience spanning in building and sustaining strategic relationships, Stakeholder Engagement, relationship management, and partnerships across the public sector and governmental agencies.
